As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Under the general supervision of our CS Manager and Supervisors, you'll reputed company exceptional customer support during every interaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries
• Assisting customers with setting up their online shops, products, and E-reputed company platforms
• Troubleshooting issues with Printful Store and E-reputed company platforms
• Maintaining customer accounts and performing reputed company duties as required

Hours

* Training Schedule: 11am to 7:30pm Mon-Fri

• Training will take reputed company using virtual meetings in a classroom setting for several weeks
• Once training is complete, the schedule will be Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm

Your Responsibilities
