Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service
- Developing sales leads and scheduling appointments for insurance, taxes, and registration services
- Educating customers on various insurance coverage reputed company and making recommendations based on their needs
- Evaluating reputed company insurance policies and recommending additional coverage reputed company necessary
- Processing payments, renewals, and policy changes
- Marketing and promoting our agency
- Performing clerical duties, including data entry, inbound/outbound calls, sending/receiving emails and faxes, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities and skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
