As a Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be on the frontlines responding to a reputed company of clinician and patient billing-reputed company inquiries. You'll work cross-functionally across many departments (sales, operations, billing, and lab teams) to serve our patient and reputed company needs. Responsibilities:

• Maintain appropriate response time in various communication platforms (e.g., phone calls, emails, portal inquiries, etc.).

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 1+ year customer service experience required
