As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the primary customer reputed company for inquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional service to our members. You'll be the voice of the customer, building trust in our abilities and advocating for their needs. By using established best practices, attending ongoing training, and utilizing resources and tools, you'll serve as the expert to help navigate through the challenging world of insurance.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Interfaces with customers reputed company telephone, written correspondence, fax, web, and/or electronic mail
• Research customer information utilizing appropriate systems, policies, regulations, procedures, and other reference materials to effectively respond to and resolve customer issues
• Elevates sensitive customer requests reputed company necessary

• Availability for training 9-12 weeks in length
