We're seeking an reputed company Technical Specialist – reputed company to join our Telecom Services team at arenaflex. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for providing field support and maintenance for our video servers, programming, and data distribution systems. You'll work closely with our internal stakeholders, including Resort Designing Group, FAM, OSI, and WDI, to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Specialist – reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing field support and maintenance for our video servers, programming, and data distribution systems
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reputed company to video and data distribution systems
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our systems
- Conducting site reputed company to identify and resolve technical issues
- Developing and implementing solutions to improve system performance and efficiency
- Providing training and support to internal teams on new technologies and systems
- Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure reputed company delivery of parts and equipment
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of technical issues and resolutions
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in the AV/IT industry, with a reputed company on video distribution and reputed company systems
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Office, reputed company Work environment, and Service NOW
- Experience with video and reputed company merchant applications (Sonify, QSC, Crestron, IOT, Synamedia, reputed company, SevOne, reputed company Organizations, reputed company, Zabbix, reputed company, etc.)
- Strong understanding of network reputed company principles and industry best practices
- Knowledge of investigation and reporting tools like reputed company, Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Willingness to work reputed company, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- 3+ years of experience in the AV or IT industry, with a reputed company on video distribution, encoding, reputed company mixing, and IOT devices
- Experience with network switching and routing

Education
