As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, assisting millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities

* Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

Essential Qualifications
