About the Role:
As a Concierge Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and providers. You will be responsible for responding to telephone and email inquiries, negotiating with providers, and assisting members with benefits and reputed company questions. Your strong customer relations, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information will reputed company you an reputed company asset to reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to telephone and email inquiries received from members and providers reputed company defined service standards
- Negotiate with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
- Assist members with benefits and reputed company questions
- Document reputed company calls received in system-based call log
- reputed company other duties or responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements and Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- One year of Customer Service/Call Center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role
- Medical Intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Strong customer relations, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Proficient with reputed company applications, strong computer skills, and computer navigation
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Knowledge of provider organizations and networks
- Knowledge and understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates
- Ability to effectively negotiate reputed company structures
- Takes initiative to resolve situations and to accomplish reputed company, actions, and tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Independent judgment in decision making and problem solving
- Ability to multitask and anticipate potential needs/problems
- Ability to build relationships with reputed company customers

- Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits a plus
- Claim processing skills a plus
- Insurance verification or precertification a plus
- Provider office/facility billing department or financial area
- Strong analytical and research skills
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This position is in a typical office/home office environment, which requires prolonged sitting in reputed company of a computer. Requires hand-eye coordination and reputed company dexterity sufficient to operate reputed company office equipment, including operation of reputed company computer and phone equipment.
Compensation and Benefits:
* Pay reputed company: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
