Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound patient calls, emails, or chats in a reputed company and courteous manner through secure messaging.
- Effectively identifying and resolving patient needs, such as scheduling appointments, answering general business and billing questions, connecting patients to their care team, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
