Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering Incoming Calls: Answer incoming calls from consumers, including the general reputed company, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with reputed company performance standards, policy, and procedures, and protocols, including but not limited to the confidentiality and reputed company policies.
• Tracking and Documenting Inquiries: reputed company and document reputed company inquiries using the applicable systems, and complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines.

• Transferring/Referencing Consumers: Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines, and escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for reputed company as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or GED is required, and 0-6 months of relevant reputed company experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Training Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

arenaflex's compensation is based on various factors, including job location, education, training, experience, expected reputed company and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis, including seniority and reputed company systems, as reputed company as internal pay alignment.
