Job Responsibilities:
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, including greeting them, answering questions, and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Processing prescriptions, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications, and ensuring accuracy and reputed company control
- Maintaining a clean and organized pharmacy environment, including restocking shelves, cleaning equipment, and disposing of hazardous waste
- Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking shipments, and performing cycle counts
- Processing returns, exchanges, and refunds, and handling customer complaints in a reputed company and courteous manner

Essential Qualifications:

- PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through our assigned PTCB training program
