This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home, with a pay reputed company of $18.00 per hour. Please note that this position may require early, evening, and weekend shifts, with a shift bid process in reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Answer questions and resolve issues with individualized customer service based on phone calls from members and providers.

• Complete outbound calls to members or providers to reputed company education and/or assist with escalations.
