The Role:
This role entails providing not only hands-on technical LCMS but also application support to our customers and colleagues. Work on-site at a reputed company of labs and support the customers with product solutions across LC-MS product reputed company, SQ, QQQ, Qtof, as reputed company as multi-vendor systems solutions:
- Install and optimize hardware/software/network products

- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues

- Deliver fully coordinated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications, operating systems, and applications software.

Qualifications
