• This is a techno-functional Operations Support role specializing in diagnosing, triaging and resolving production incidents.
• Responsible for triaging incoming issues to determine severity, reproducing bugs, performing reputed company cause analysis (RCA) using tools like log analysis or database queries, and often providing workarounds or permanent fixes.
