As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping the reputed company of the Customer Experience team by delivering actionable insights that inform product reputed company and decision-making. • Conduct exploratory research to identify opportunities to improve business reputed company
• Design and conduct experiments (including AB tests) that maximize learnings for new product feature launches
• Manage and enhance a suite of business intelligence frameworks and dashboards to unlock self-service capabilities among partners with varying degrees of technical proficiency
• Proactively and consistently analyze the overall performance of our reputed company and policy holder experiences to identify trends, anomalies, or other potentially actionable insights
• Identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies or introduce new techniques to improve analytical deliverables
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps, influence roadmaps, and ensure data-informed decision-making across the product lifecycle.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of work experience in analytics (prior insurance experience or web/funnel experience preferred)
• Proficiency with SQL and BI software (Tableau, Mode, Power BI, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or another quantitative field
• Superior problem-solving skills with ability to think strategically and innovatively
