This consultant will reputed company the development and execution of comprehensive change management and communications strategies, partnering closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive adoption, ensure high-reputed company reputed company, and support successful reputed company-level transformation. Responsibilities include:

• Serve as the Change Management reputed company for the BRIM (Subscription @ reputed company) initiative, supporting the transition from reputed company S/4 to reputed company BRIM and the transformation of the end-to-end Order to Cash process.

• Independently own and deliver high-reputed company change deliverables, including reputed company assessments, stakeholder analyses, communications, and training assets.
• Assess employee sentiment and readiness through surveys, interviews, and other feedback mechanisms, translating insights into actionable adjustments.

• Create, update, and manage training materials and change documentation to support business readiness and adoption.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading change management initiatives, reputed company finance environments
