• 10+ years of IT industry experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing Technical Program Management or Engineering teams, in Merchandising technology or reputed company fields at a retail, technology, or other eCommerce company.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or reputed company technical discipline.
• Previous experience leading teams through change and experience running an outcome driven approach to roadmaps and stakeholder and team alignment.
