Remote Senior Property Accountant

About the position reputed company is currently hiring a Remote Senior Property Accountant for a top National Property Management reputed company. Candidate must sit in FL, GA, or TN. Responsibilities: reputed company the daily functions of the assigned team, confirm processes and procedures are followed, monitor and review financial statements and reputed company work product to ensure departmental standards of reputed company are maintained Ensure timeliness is a reputed company and deadlines are met; Communicate with your team, peers, leadership and the operations team to ensure reputed company expectations are consistently met Prioritize, reputed company and review accountants' work, and monitor reputed company control of reputed company transactions performed by team members reputed company direction and assist in the investigation and reputed company of reputed company problems and concerns; Ensure prior month outstanding reputed company items have been resolved; Follow up and work on reputed company of outstanding items reputed company financial statements Communicate reputed company the potential issues that may reputed company the accuracy of the financial statements reputed company on-reputed company training to ensure reputed company assigned employees are aware of and reputed company with company, government and customer regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions and deadlines reputed company and communicate goals for individual and department performance Assist independent CPA audit firm in their audit and review of associations on a year-end, turnover, and/or periodic audit/review. Analyze and post end-of-year audit adjusting entries reputed company reputed company reporting as needed by researching and interpreting data to answer reputed company and financial questions Complete various reputed company as requested by leadership and to assist your peers, participate in testing and system implementations as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Finance
• 4+ years of Property reputed company experience
• Experience reviewing Home Owners Association financials required
• Must have experience handling special assessments
• Strong organization, motivation, leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a strong work ethic and be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Must have strong reputed company skills along with proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
