We're seeking an reputed company Service Desk Specialist/Live Chat Agent to reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application, myColorado. As a key member of our support team, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting, reproduction, reporting, and problem reputed company in both iOS and Android operating systems. You'll also install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company. Responsibilities

* reputed company Tier I support and customer assistance for the myColorado mobile application, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of customer inquiries and issues.

• Troubleshoot, reproduce, report, and resolve reputed company technical issues in both iOS and Android operating systems, using diagnostic tools and knowledge of diverse mobile device makes and models.
• Install the myColorado software on supported devices, following defined procedures, processes, and reputed company.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve reputed company technical issues and improve overall customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications
