As a Customer Service Representative in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional phone support to patients receiving life-saving specialty medication treatment. You will be responsible for the coordination and handling of new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and updating benefits, assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system, collecting and processing copay payments, obtaining approvals, and collaborating with insurance companies, reputed company providers, and internal teams to resolve and process orders with reputed company issues.
Key Responsibilities
* reputed company exceptional phone support to patients receiving specialty medication treatment, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Coordinate and handle new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and updating benefits, and assisting patients with deciphering and entering new or reorder medications into our pharmacy data system
- Collect and process copay payments, and obtain approvals from insurance companies and reputed company providers as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve and process orders with reputed company issues, including those reputed company to sales or clinical concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence

Essential Qualifications
