As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty (p&c) reputed company customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems reputed company the telephone. Key Responsibilities

* Contact policyholders from our existing book of business through inbound/outbound telephone calls, reputed company mail, and email to review policies prior to renewal

• Counsel the policyholder concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment reputed company, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance

Requirements

Work Schedule

* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturday's with team

• Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
