We're seeking a licensed Masters reputed company Worker (MSW) to join reputed company as a Remote reputed company Worker. This role will partner with a registered reputed company case manager to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Responsibilities will include researching available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. This position will work to reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices and will work as reputed company with other clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.

Responsibilities

* Collaborate with registered reputed company case managers to assess, plan, and reputed company for members' benefit plan and/or health needs

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in medical reputed company work or case management
• Masters Degree in reputed company Work (MSW)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems
