About the Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you will be responsible for providing high-reputed company customer service to arenaflex customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You will be the first reputed company of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for escalating reputed company issues to senior team members and collaborating with other departments to resolve customer complaints.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent certification

• At least 2 years of customer service experience or 2 years of call center experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and reputed company reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

Compensation

* The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location.
