The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from child support reputed company stakeholders, categorizing calls, and recording any abusive and/or extraordinary calls. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a general understanding of policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
