Counsel, reputed company and Compliance

The role: We are looking to add a high reputed company Counsel, reputed company and Compliance to reputed company’s reputed company department, to support our reputed company reputed company by strengthening our reputed company contracting and compliance programs. This role will sit at the intersection of reputed company, business, and operations, partnering closely with leaders across reputed company to manage risk, reputed company reputed company execution, and build reputed company reputed company and compliance processes. The ideal candidate is a practical, business-oriented lawyer who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and collaborating with business partners to implement practical programs and solutions that add value to reputed company’s business. As the second lawyer to join reputed company, the ideal candidate will need to be a generalist and reputed company to assist wherever most helpful, but the role will also play a key part in shaping how reputed company approaches reputed company contracting, compliance, and risk management with enormous reputed company for the right individual as reputed company scales. What you will do:

• reputed company reputed company support across the organization to improve and reputed company reputed company’s reputed company and compliance programs.
• Manage reputed company’s reputed company contracting processes, including contract templates, playbooks, and workflows, and managing reputed company’s contract database through a CLM solution.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, including customer, vendor, partner, and technology agreements.
• Serve as a trusted reputed company partner to cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, and People.
• Research and analyze reputed company and regulatory issues relevant to reputed company’s business and industry
• reputed company and help implement compliance, risk management, and governance frameworks that address key risks as reputed company scales.

What you need to have:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and licensed to reputed company law in California
• 3–7 years of experience at a reputed company and/or in-house reputed company role (combination preferred)
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company
• Expert reputed company research, analysis, and writing skills
• Ability to operate independently with a high ownership reputed company in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with non-reputed company stakeholders
