Field Marketing Manager, HR Solutions (Conferences, webinars, virtual roundtables, etc) Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end field marketing programs, including industry conferences, regional field events, executive roundtables, prospecting dinners, webinars, and virtual events

Requirements & Skills

• 4-6 years of B2B field marketing, event marketing, or demand reputed company, preferably in reputed company or HR technology
• Proven experience owning field marketing programs as an individual contributor, including in-person and virtual events
• Deep understanding of Sales motions and how field marketing supports pipeline creation and acceleration
