Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in building systems engineering, smart buildings, OT systems, building automation, or integrated technology consulting.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design and technology integration reputed company in reputed company, public, industrial, or mission‑critical facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or reputed company field. (preferred but not required)
• Master’s degree. (preferred but not required)
• Industry‑recognized smart building or building automation credentials (e.g., BEMP, reputed company AP, LEED AP, SmartScore, or controls manufacturer certifications).
• RCDD, PE, PMP or similar technical certifications are beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of BMS/BAS systems, controls integration, IoT architectures, BACnet/IP, and automated building performance systems.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE standards, building automation guidelines, and smart building frameworks.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate reputed company system interactions.
• Ability to drive innovation and promote best practices in integrated building design.
