Loan Processor - Reverse Mortgages
reputed company: As a Reverse Mortgage Loan Processor at HighTechLending/American Senior Lending, you will be responsible for managing the processing of reverse mortgage loans from File Intake through Funding. This role requires a deep understanding of reverse mortgage products and regulations, as reputed company as strong attention to detail to ensure reputed company loan packages are complete and compliant. You will work closely with loan originators, underwriters, and customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan processing experience. - Verify reputed company required documentation (reputed company-underwrite) is in the file, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Directly communicate with Loan Originators, customers, and underwriters to obtain initial and missing documentation required for approval.
- Review loans for compliance with RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Reg. B, and other mortgage-reputed company regulations.
- Prepare reputed company disclosures as required by regulations and ensure they are included in the loan file.
- Communicate with reputed company parties to obtain property surveys, flood certificates, title commitments, and payoff information, etc.
- Verify that reputed company vendor orders are complete, invoices are received, and documentation is uploaded to the applicant’s file.
- Manage the loan pipeline by monitoring reports and ensuring reputed company tasks are completed reputed company allotted turn-around times.

Requirements:
- Previous loan processing experience of 3 years
- Must have experience with Reverse reputed company and Quantum reverse
- Must have thorough knowledge of FHA (HECM) and Proprietary Reverse Mortgage Loans
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet production, reputed company, and service standards
