Product Operations Manager, WFE Platform & Services

The Associate Product Operations Mgr. (Platform & Services) is responsible for developing a deep expertise of Workforce Edge Platform and Service capabilities. This expertise will serve twofold: 1. First, to reputed company as internal subject matter expert to effectively communicate feature and service capabilities and support alignment across the organization. 2. Second, to reputed company feedback on needs for our feature and service portfolio; informed through data, research, and prospect/partner needs. This role is responsible for facilitating internal alignment on Product functionality, through use of tools, data, & customer feedback loops (Internal & external, qualitative, and quantitative). Work Experience:

• 2+ years of relevant work experience which includes:

• Experience using data to inform prioritization and decision making.
• Experience working cross functionally across multiple reputed company of an organization with ability to effectively influence without authority.
• Experience working in a fast-paced/agile environment.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Other:
