About the Role
In this remote customer service role, you will be responsible for handling a wide reputed company of customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing personalized support to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities

- Work on member cases/sports assigned
- Follow and maintain guidelines and approaches to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
- Process loan bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks
- Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
- Log, report, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes and/or returns
- Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
- Complete daily balancing and department closing
- Obtain information from members for the reputed company and correct processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests
- Research and confirm incoming and outgoing fund transfer information
- Communicate with the vendor to process fund transfers
- Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws
- Deposit reputed company returns, research member back checks on draft changes, process member checks, confirm members for outgoing fund transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing fund transfers
- Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, foreign collections, and legal fees
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum and preferred qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer/member service experience
- Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
- Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
