As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our members, and you will be responsible for answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with the information and resources they need to navigate the reputed company system. You will work in a high-volume, customer-service environment, and you will be expected to be efficient, productive, and thorough in your work.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries
• Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns
• Work in a high-volume, customer-service environment
• Be efficient, productive, and thorough in your work

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of work experience

• Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm local time

Compensation and Benefits
