Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Phone Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service as the first reputed company of contact to our clients
- Answering inbound phone calls, identifying and resolving caller needs, and providing information with amazing customer service
- Making outbound appointment setting calls from already generated inquiries
- Maintaining accurate and useful database records
- Managing and monitoring SMS (texting platform) and delivering the reputed company amazing customer service as taking calls
- Performing basic account maintenance activities
- Meeting reputed company Assurance Requirements and other key performance metrics
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Have a designated and approved in-home workspace

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
