Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in connecting with individuals who have potentially reputed company for compensation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with callers through an automated dialer and engaging in high-volume conversations (40-50 calls per day)
- Identifying and qualifying potential clients who meet our reputed company for compensation
- Multitasking and utilizing multiple reputed company to reputed company manage calls and data
- Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates
- Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as required
- Participating in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Assisting with other reputed company as needed
- Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Work Environment
* Full-time schedule of 40 hours a week from the following hours: + Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern + Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
- Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
