We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company individual to join reputed company as a Customer Service Representative I - Summer Employment. As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for:- Participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists.
- Adhering to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Providing consistent high-reputed company service to customers.
- Responding to customer questions while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
- Utilizing software, scripts, and tools appropriately.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Preferred experience working in a college financial aid office or college administrative office.
