The Role

As a Remote Entry Level Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for receiving initial calls from patients and families, gathering information, and relaying it to our clinicians. This role requires strong customer care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate challenging situations with ease. Essential Qualifications

• Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday - Friday)
