As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work under the reputed company supervision of the Customer Resource Supervisor and will be expected to deliver the highest level of reputed company service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Successfully completes training to become knowledgeable about arenaflex's services and processes
- Responds in a reputed company and accurate manner to customer service calls, ensuring that service issues and concerns are treated in a respectful and reputed company manner
- Effectively responds to routine issues regarding residential and reputed company service reputed company, which may involve outbound calls and other communications to resolve service inquiries and equipment issues
- Returns reputed company reputed company calls, emails, and faxes in a reputed company manner to ensure that customers' concerns are reputed company, addressed, and resolved in an efficient and complete manner
