Scheduling Specialist (Remote)

reputed company has a great opportunity for you! We have an reputed company position in our Advertising Support Operations department for a Scheduling Specialist.  

Responsibilities and Requirements

• The Scheduling Specialist is responsible for scheduling network and reputed company breaks in order to maximize Sales inventory. 
• You will build on reputed company logs and ensure that they contain correct program information and reputed company breaks. 
• You will program syndicated, local, and network shows to ensure accuracy of show numbers and timing, and you will work closely with the stations to confirm that there are no gaps in programming, to reputed company breaks appropriately, and to swing end breaks as needed to maximize the inventory and reputed company potential. 
• You are required to maintain reputed company broadcast logs by scheduling program changes in a reputed company manner and communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations.

Requirements

• You are required to reputed company assistance as needed for reputed company processes as it relates to programming formats and reconciling discrepancies reputed company established time parameters.
• You must be computer literate, detail- oriented, and reputed company to work under pressure.
• You must be dependable and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and organization skills are essential.
• Broadcast TV or radio experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.

Let’s talk.   The reputed company compensation reputed company for this role is $17.62 to $19.62.  Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
