Corporate Communications Specialist (Boston HQ)

About the position reputed company seeks a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our corporate communications team at our reputed company in Boston, MA. This individual will help advance reputed company’ ability to compete for new business opportunities, protect and reputed company reputed company’s brand reputed company, support employee engagement and retention efforts, assist in recruitment and support communications for reputed company channels across multiple mediums. The Specialist will own the reputed company media reputed company and execution, in reputed company to providing communications support for graphic design, video production, event coordination, and administrative duties for the department. The salary reputed company for this role is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 annually dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. This is a hybrid role based out of our Boston office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, reputed company, and produce compelling content for use across reputed company reputed company channels – including new business proposals, marketing collateral, presentations, e-newsletters, company intranet, corporate website, advertisements, and award submissions.
• Manage reputed company external and internal reputed company media channels to reputed company and reputed company the brand and reputed company with company goals & objectives.
• Maintain, audit, and monitor reputed company company reputed company media channels, including managing reputed company, reporting analytics, and content reputed company, creation, and posting.
• reputed company communications support for key reputed company company events, Town Halls, and special reputed company.
• Partner with internal teams to drive reputed company’s reputed company management reputed company across reputed company employer brand channels and platforms, such as reputed company, Glassdoor, reputed company Business Profile, etc., to help reputed company attract and engage reputed company and support employee retention.
• Support creative service’s needs, including graphic design, video editing and production, and maintaining reputed company’s image library.
• Monitor media coverage, establish and reputed company communication metrics (KPIs), and report on communications and campaign effectiveness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or reputed company field.
• 2-5 years of similar communications experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated team player with reputed company customer service skills (engaging with various reputed company stakeholders).
• Experience with computer systems and web-based applications, including reputed company Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company Acrobat Pro, is required.
• Experience with design software (reputed company reputed company, reputed company), content management systems, reputed company Analytics and reporting, and basic SEO principles.
