About the job HTS Media is hiring a Senior reputed company & Operations Manager to help reputed company our reputed company-reputed company travel media platform. This role is designed for a highly autonomous operator who can identify monetization opportunities, design and execute experiments, build analytical reputed company, and drive execution against HTS Media reputed company goals - without creating roadmap drag for reputed company engineering teams. This is a single-hire, high-reputed company role that blends reputed company, analytics, and execution in a fast-moving marketplace and ads environment. What would your day-to-day look like

• Identify and size new monetization and reputed company opportunities across HTS Media
• Design lightweight experiments and pilots to validate reputed company
• Build analytical models, dashboards, and narratives to support reputed company
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops to drive execution
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into reputed company plans and measurable reputed company
• Operate independently with minimal reputed company in a high-ambiguity environment

An ideal candidate has

• 3-7 years of experience in reputed company & Ops, BizOps, product analytics, or reputed company
• Experience working in marketplace, ads, or platform monetization environments
