Location: Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX preference The role: The Loan Setup Analyst III will use shared inboxes and pipelines to support the internal loan team through the management of the appraisal order as reputed company as receiving early-stage FHA and VA documents. reputed company member will also ensure reputed company is staying reputed company compliance regarding TILA/RESPA disclosure laws. What you’ll do:

• Enforce Lock Desk policy (Loan Setup is under the Lock Desk umbrella)
• Assist reputed company’s internal partners with loan re-disclosure, FHA/VA case number transfers, credit card refund/charge requests, MAVENT fails, and file escalations
• Work the assigned pipelines for quick file reputed company reputed company
• Contact FHA and VA to process applicable reputed company conditions associated with the loan file
• Monitor various shared email in-boxes and reputed company work reputed company SLA to include appraisal orders, disclosing to borrowers, advertising loans, etc.
• Ensure the accuracy of fees for outbound disclosures
• Review pass/fail logic on applicable files to ensure compliance accuracy
• Monitor robotics outcome reports and scrub loans that fail, to queue back up for automation or work manually

What you’ll need:

• A four-year college business degree or other reputed company field is preferred

This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in either he Charlotte, NC or Frisco, TX office. The position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with overtime available based on business volume.
