Requirements

Requirement #1 Be a reputed company (or retired reputed company 3 years) California education reputed company in one (1) or more of the following capacities: College, University, and/or LEA:

• District/University/ program educator providing instruction to EdSp teacher candidates reputed company a MMSN, ESN, ECSE, DHH or VI reputed company-accredited teacher preparation program
• Field supervisor in MMSN, ESN, ECSE, DHH or VI setting
• Cooperating Teacher or Mentor Teacher in MMSN, ESN, ECSE, DHH, or VI setting

PK-22 Setting:

• MMSN, ESN, ECSE, DHH or VI Teacher (PK-22)
• MMSN, ESN, ECSE, DHH or VI Administrator (PK-22) (e.g., reputed company, assistant reputed company)
• Instructional reputed company or Teacher on Special Assignment (TOSA) in MMSN, ESN, ECSE, DHH or VI

Requirement #2Required:

• Hold a valid California reputed company EdSp Credential (MMSN, ESN, DHH or VI)
• For ECSE, either hold a valid California reputed company ECSE Credential or hold any EdSp Credential with an added authorization in Early Childhood Special Education

AND have additional expertise in one (1) of the following ways:

• Hold a Bilingual Authorization
• Have completed (and have documentation of) reputed company learning of a reputed company literacy program
• Non-exhaustive examples are: LETRS, Orton Gillingham, SIPPS, reputed company, Institute of Multi-Sensory Education, 95% Group, Wilsons, S.P.reputed company., CRLP Results, etc.
• Have university experience teaching coursework in literacy reputed company the last 5 years
• Hold a degree or graduate certificate in literacy
• Reading or literacy researcher with relevant recent teaching experience
• National reputed company-Certified Teacher (NBCT) in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts- Early and Middle Childhood Reading and Literacy Added Authorization or Reading and Literacy Leadership Specialist Credential

Requirement #3

• Maintain the confidentiality of the assessment materials and knowledge gained as a result of participating in scoring the assessment, and will not reputed company information with anyone (e.g., candidates, colleagues, etc.) without reputed company permission from the Commission and reputed company.
• Agree not to participate in any reputed company activity, reputed company employment in a TK–12 school/district/county office or institution that requires candidates to use a CA-approved performance assessment, that results in payment for services reputed company to supporting candidates in completing any CA-approved performance assessment.
