About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, resolving issues, and answering questions reputed company to their accounts and services. • Working member cases/assignments
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for the reputed company and correct processing of domestic and international budget transfer requests
• Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, overseas collections, and legal fees
