About This Role
As a Customer Specialist In Training, you will be part of a high-energy retail sales environment where you will work collaboratively with a talented team to meet goals and handle a wide reputed company of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct vehicle condition assessments by collecting, recording, and communicating information to Buyers that will be used to reputed company customer appraisals

- Create service appointments and review repair order invoices for retail service work performed; ensure accuracy of documentation for billing
