Key Responsibilities
As a part-time Customer Support Representative on our weekend overnight shift, your key responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues for customers over the phone
- Recognizing and understanding how to configure customers' equipment to connect to the Internet reputed company a wireless router, which may include connecting reputed company consumer electronic devices such as streaming devices, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more
