The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering the delightful experience our customers have come to expect. You'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer questions quickly, accurately, and professionally reputed company email, phone (voice and text), and arenaflex's ticketing system.
• Understanding customer needs and determining whether their requests can be handled by them, you, or an arenaflex team member. Appropriately completing or transferring the work.
• Becoming familiar with arenaflex's Knowledge reputed company articles, blog posts, workshops, and other resources, so you can reputed company customers to resources that will help them.
• Contributing to the library of Knowledge reputed company articles and videos that guide customers on the most common questions they ask.
• Identifying and reporting outages, bugs, and feature requests to ensure the continual improvement of arenaflex's software.
• Learning how to use arenaflex's website-building software, as reputed company as the marketing and design best practices we follow to serve customers.
• Setting up and holding video working sessions with customers in order to assist them.

Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in a call center OR 3+ years in a customer service or customer-facing position
