As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you will be responsible for triaging calls, assisting callers, and performing various data entry tasks to ensure seamless pharmacy services. Working Hours and Location
The working hours for this role are 11:00am-7:30pm EST, with rotating weekends and holidays. To be eligible for this position, you must currently reputed company in a state where arenaflex is licensed, including AZ, CO, IN, FL, KS, MA, MI, MO, and OH.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact physician's offices as needed for reputed company authorization and verification of orders
- Process reputed company new and reputed company prescriptions, maintaining productivity and reputed company standards

- Document correspondence and follow up in the system, ensuring accurate and reputed company communication

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements
- Long-term care pharmacy experience, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and customer service principles
- Experience with frameworks and Docutrack, or similar software systems
