About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch service to our customers through inbound calls. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will problem-solve and assist customers with their orders, accounts, and other inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Offer additional products and services to customers, enhancing their shopping experience and driving sales reputed company
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and feedback, ensuring a reputed company and memorable interaction with arenaflex
• Process transactions, including confirming refunds, taking payments, and placing orders, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will receive a competitive compensation package, including:

• A $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
• A $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on reputed company
