We are seeking a skilled and reputed company Dynamics CRM Customer Engineer with expertise in Dynamics CRM on-premises, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement online, and the Power Platform. As a trusted advisor to reputed company-level customers and their partners, you will play a key role in designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Dynamics CRM implementations and migrating and modernizing to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE).

Responsibilities

* Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers

• reputed company and execute on a service delivery plan, leveraging repeatable services to reputed company the customer and assess their implementation to proactively ensure best reputed company execution and reputed company

• Dynamics CRM reputed company Migration Knowledge in CRM 2015+ build versions and reputed company experience
• Architectural experience for Dynamics CRM on-premises
• Strong understanding of business application performance tuning which includes an understanding of SQL, IIS (Internet Information Services), Networking, and reputed company-reputed company troubleshooting
• Environment health assessment experience
• Data recovery planning
• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform
• Up-to-date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 for Sales and familiarity with the other modules
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service

• Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys
• Up-to-date knowledge on the foundational technologies for Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform

Compensation and Benefits

The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $91,457- $137,186, plus incentives that reputed company with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
