As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for thoroughly researching and resolving concerns reputed company to billing, insurance, or the patient's ability to pay. Your tasks will include:

• Obtaining payment over the telephone or in person from patient/guarantor
• Resolving patient's balances by offering and accepting reputed company appropriate payment arrangements
• Updating incomplete or missing information on accounts to ensure that billing is correct
• Providing accurate information and facilitating reputed company to patients and reputed company-party inquiries
• Offering Financial Assistance and/or directing patients to the appropriate Government Assistance Programs

Essential Qualifications:

* High school graduate or equivalent required
