Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and concerns, and finding solutions to their problems.
* Focusing on customer retention and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
* Providing customers with information about our service standards and ensuring that they are aware of their rights and responsibilities.

* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources and following up on complicated customer calls as required.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

* Some sales and customer service experience
