Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Pharmacy Technician & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering Phones and Responding to Orders: You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner.
• Handling and Resolving reputed company Complaints: You will work closely with clients to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing empathetic and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements
